What happens if I decide to cancel my subscription?

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will be eligible for a refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining duration of your billing period. Our system will ensure a fair refund by considering the cost of the unused portion.

How can I add additional users to my account?

To add more users, navigate to the Billing & Subscription section in your account's Settings. Look for the "Buy more Licenses" option and click on it. You will be directed to our secure payment gateway. From there, specify the number of users you wish to add and complete the license purchase. The newly purchased licenses will be added and reflected in your account seamlessly.

Is E-Verify included in the package?

Absolutely! E-Verify is included in our offering, and you can conveniently initiate the E-Verify process using our web services.

Does this Form I-9 provide a valid Audit Trail?
